Week 8

I've been thinking. The consensus is this: weekly weight updates are a bit redundant. So from here on out I will weigh in every two weeks.

I want to publish my blog for posterity reasons. As much as the topic of weight loss consumes my every day, lets be honest, it's not the most interesting of information. Plus there are so many other things we're up to these days that need recognition too!

Thanks for all the support friends. You are the reason I hold myself accountable and stay motivated. I dont want to let you (or me) down.

-1 lbs total of -11.2 lbs

See you in two weeks! Well, concerning weight anyway. I'd better get a family post up before then...

i need SOME major MOTIVATION. it's just damn right depressing to be where i'm at right now in poundage wise ( that's right. i said damn.)

Its ok kate you can say damn. I was almost resorting to the f bomb when I looked in the mirror. Seriously.

But thats gone now. :)

Now I just say, hey it feels good to fit in some clothes again, even if the clothes dont look as great on as they once did.

We will get positive! We WILL!
