Slacker!

Wow I really haven't done any blogging lately, I guess because not anything too exciting has been going on! Except for last Saturday that is. We kind of went and splurged and got a 42 inch Vizio flat screen TV at Costco (love that place) to replace the 10'' TV in our bedroom that we inherited when we got married. Needless to say it didn't fit in the trunk of my car so we had to wedge it in the back seat with McKenzie and her car seat. I thought I would be nice and ride back there with her to keep her company until we reached Essence (I had another client to do) and figured she would be fine by herself back there until they reached home.
At first all was great! She thought it was cool that I had to make her sit Indian style in her seat so her legs wouldn't get smashed, cool that there was a ginormous box obstructing all views that she could slap and punch at, and cool that she could hear daddy but not see him. When we reached Essence I gave her a bottle to keep her busy for the rest of the ride home...this is where I almost peed my pants...
So I get a call from Todd saying they barely made it to Santa Clara and she was FREAKING out so he decided to pull over to make sure her feet weren't Purple, he opens the back door to find Kenz basically "eating" her knees, tears down her face and with pee pee pants! So sad...but kinda funny! So we discovered it's probably not best to sit your toddler Indian style cuz it leaves a wicked gap and the pee goes EVERYWHERE!
Anyways that's about as exciting as it gets around here lately! Also I'm not working Saturdays anymore and I'm excited to have a day to get to those boxes I've been ignoring in our garage since we moved! Yes!
